我司将于2018年7月7-8日参与由铭泰赛道管理（宁波）有限公司举办的“宁波国际赛道节”活动，原计划在此赛道节活动中增加一场自行车活动，并已于2018年5月27日，由我司与宁波腾日体育文化发展有限公司、宁波高新区盛世诠美广告创意有限公司在宁波北仑国际赛道发布了“乐卡克环法冠军衫领风赛”活动。现因各种原因，与各方磋商后，即日起决定本项活动将不再举行。

同时因本项活动发布过程中不恰当使用环法赛等相关素材，给Amaury Sport Organisation(ASO)、Le Coq International SAS、上海艾德韦宣体育发展有限公司等造成的影响，在此表示深深的歉意，今后我司将加大监管力度，避免类似的事情发生。

Statement

Our company, le coq sportif(Ningbo)co., ltd. will participate in “Ningbo International Speedpark festival” which will be held by Mitime Speedpark Management(Ningbo)co., ltd. during 7^th of July to 8^th of July, 2018 as a sponsor. A cycling event named “Le Coq Le Tour de France Champion Jersey Elite Race” was planned to be added to the festival, and had been announced by Our company, le coq sportif(Ningbo)co., ltd., Ningbo Tengri Sports & Culture Development Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Hi-tech Zone Shengshi Quanmei Advertising Creative Co., Ltd. to the public that it would be held at the Ningbo International Speedpark on the 8^th of July. We hereby declare that the event will no longer be held in consultation with the parties for various reasons.

Moreover, we deeply apologize for the effects on Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO), Le Coq International SAS and Shanghai Activation Sports Development Co., Ltd. due to improper use of the Tour de France and other relevant materials during the launch of this event. We will improve our management immediately and prevent such a case in the future.
